Plantation Rise Estate, a land development estate at Woombye achieved record sales on the sunshine Coast for 2010.

A brand was developed for the Estate and applied to various collateral. Marketing campaigns were developed for television, local press and the web, utilising the strong brand and carefully structured regular editorial pieces. This resulted in creating a constant awareness for the product.

The 40 lots sold in less than a year represented the most land sales on the Sunshine Coast for the period.
